Back issues are very common and can affect most people at some point in their lives, but there are many things that you can do to help yourself on your road to recovery.

To help you find the right information for you, it is worth knowing that ‘upper back’ issues would typically be felt in and around the shoulder blade and rib cage area, and ‘low back’ issues would normally be in and around the lower part of your back and pelvis area.
